OceanLove is a Dutch non-profit movement, run entirely by volunteers, that makes people fall in love with the ocean — and then gives them something to do about it. The OceanLove Innovation Awards are our biggest project — and the movement behind them is bigger than one award.

The OceanLove
Innovation Awards
A global competition that finds early-stage ideas to protect, restore and sustain the ocean, and gives them seed funding, coaching and a stage. Open to everyone, everywhere — no company, degree or funding needed.

The 3rd ceremony — 11 October 2026, Los Angeles
Hosted by AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles. Winners announced live, plus a screening of the Indigenous surf film “Haagua”. All ages are welcome.
